About Our Founder

Rita Baroody is passionate about helping high-performing companies and professionals grow.  She assists PE-backed, start-up, and management consulting companies attract and hire high-performing Finance & Accounting talent.

Rita started her career in a client-facing role after graduating during the 2008 recession and grew to be a Finance Leader in corporate.  While assisting with recruiting talent internally, she learned & created best practices to increase efficiency & positively influence each company’s brand in the marketplace.
